Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or washed socks unless they are faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
